Our Private Passion & Desires

  • Curriculum Vitae: Dr. John Sullivan,
    Barrister, (ret)

1960s-70s: While working in Europe, Dr. Sullivan was privileged to work with some wonderful members of the international legal profession, bankers, financiers, entrepreneurs, NGO’s and charities. He was pleased to work in an environment of the business/professional world where the goal was to make the playing field better using the least expensive and most effective methods to achieve honest results and ends.

1980s-90s: In England, Dr. Sullivan's thoughts began to turn more and more toward world affairs - It was the first time in his life he had actually witnessed firsthand the effect of mankind’s ills. The Iron Curtain had recently fallen and most of the people of Eastern Europe & Russia were very poor, living on black bread and water. It became very clear to Dr. Sullivan that those who could afford to flee would do so leaving only the disadvantaged.

Late 1990s-2000s: Throughout Europe and Latin America, Dr. Sullivan's interest in these matters continued to grow. While based in the United Kingdom, he started researching the world’s conflicts and war crimes. More and more information about these conflicts and/or war crimes was being discovered every day. He had the realization that there are thousands of conflict resolution possibilities, some discovered, others yet to be discovered, and research could continue to find new discoveries. He was brought to the epiphany that all of the conflicts and war crimes discovered were being extracted from real facts on the ground. This meant by understanding their effect, people could get all of the benefits resulting from abolishing conflicts and war crimes - thus bringing human balance in world affairs.

2005s-2020s: after returning to North America, he turned much of his time and efforts to researching way to repair mankind’s inhumanity to man. Seeing successful healing using conflict resolution at rare times – this had inspired him. He began devoting more and more time to the prevention of war crimes and its up until now inability to be prevented.

Throughout his life, Dr. Sullivan has worked internationally on historic case studies and actively researched the effects of conflicts and war crimes on the human condition for more than two decades. He conducts ongoing research into conflict resolution/war crimes and is frequently invited as a guest on talk shows, podcasts, and other media.

Demonstration, education and leadership are Dr. Sullivan's passions. In the last few years, the focus of his work has shifted to sharing the incredible truth of what proper elimination of these manmade ills can do for our wellbeing. Today, we benefit from Dr. Sullivan’s research through lectures he gives across the county.
